Using Vyrro AI
Vyrro AI lets you create and deploy small web apps through compatible AI clients. You are responsible for your use of Vyrro AI, the prompts and files you submit, the apps you deploy, and the data you or other people add to those apps.
Vyrro AI is operated by Vyrro AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Accounts and access
Vyrro AI uses Google sign-in and OAuth-based connection from supported AI clients. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You may disconnect Vyrro AI from the AI client where you enabled it.
You must be old enough to consent to use an online service in your country — generally at least 16 in the EU and EEA — to use Vyrro AI. How Vyrro AI handles your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
App visibility
Generated apps are public by link by default — anyone with the URL can open them, and an app may allow public read or write access depending on the capabilities the AI assistant requested. You can also make an app private, shared only with people you invite. Vyrro AI is still an early product, so do not use it for regulated, confidential, or high-risk workflows.
Plans, billing, and trials
Vyrro AI offers a free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Current plans, prices, and limits are listed on the pricing page. The free plan currently includes up to three apps; Pro raises those limits and unlocks additional features. Vyrro AI may add, change, or enforce usage limits to keep the service reliable while the product is in early access.
Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your first Pro subscription includes a 30-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged for each renewal.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If Vyrro AI changes a plan's price, the new price applies to your next renewal, not the period you are already in.
You enter your payment card details directly with Stripe, and Stripe handles and stores them. Vyrro AI does not receive or store your full card number. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vyrro AI to:
- break the law or violate someone else's rights;
- deploy malware, phishing pages, spam, deceptive content, or abusive systems;
- collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and clear disclosure;
- attempt to bypass Vyrro AI security, quotas, authentication, or infrastructure limits;
- interfere with Vyrro AI, Cloudflare, AI clients, or other users.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in prompts, app files, and app data you submit to Vyrro AI. You give Vyrro AI permission to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content as needed to operate the service.
If an app you build collects personal data from other people, you are responsible for that data — including having a lawful basis for collecting it and giving those people appropriate notice.
AI-generated output
AI assistants may generate incorrect, incomplete, insecure, or unexpected frontend code. Vyrro AI provides backend capabilities and deployment infrastructure, but you are responsible for reviewing generated apps before sharing them widely.
Availability and changes
Vyrro AI may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. Vyrro AI may also remove apps or block usage that appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with these terms.
No warranties
Vyrro AI is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent permitted by law, Vyrro AI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyrro AI, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Vyrro AI — even if Vyrro AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Vyrro AI, Inc. for all claims arising out of or relating to Vyrro AI or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Vyrro AI for the service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and forum
